Elaine Deyes graduated from the University of Surrey with a combined honours degree in Law and French. During her course, she studied at the University of Lyon and worked in Brussels. Elaine joined the firm in 1996. In 2000, she received the Adrian Spencer Memorial Award for achieving first place in the Advanced Trade Mark Law Examination. She has experience of handling international trade mark portfolios for a variety of clients, including in the fields of entertainment, finance, insurance, construction and chemistry.
