The members of our engineering and electronics group hold science and engineering degrees and doctorates in such diverse fields as aeronautical engineering, computer systems engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, metallurgy and physics. Many of our professionals have experience of industrial and academic research, for example in the fields of high-energy physics, holographic information processing and medical biophysics.

We act for multinational corporations in industries such as aeronautics, automotive engineering, consumer electronics, mass spectrometry, medical devices, mineral engineering, personal care products, photographic technology and reprographics. We also have considerable experience of acting for small and start-up companies in technologies such as mobile digital radio, web technology and digital image processing, as well as more traditional fields. In addition to patent law, we advise on registered and unregistered design protection and industrial copyright.
