Catherine Booth graduated from the University of East Anglia with a degree in Physics in 1995 and went on to complete a PhD relating to Optical Spectroscopy of Semiconductors at the same University. Prior to joining the firm she was a Satellite Systems Manager at BT, involved in designing and implementing communications satellite networks. She handles patent work in the physics, electronics and communications fields as well as general engineering subject matter. She joined the firm in 2000. Catherine has the Certificate in Intellectual Property Law (with distinction) from Queen Mary College, University of London. Catherine is a Chartered Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney
