Matthew Cassie joined the firm in 2005. He has a first class degree in Astrophysics from University College London where he was awarded the departmental prize for achieving the highest marks in the second year of his course. He subsequently obtained a Masters degree with distinction in Optics and Photonics from Imperial College. He has the Certificate in IP Law from Queen Mary College, London. In 2008 Matthew passed the UK Final Examinations achieving the highest overall mark for which he was awarded the Gill Prize by the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys. He has a range of practical research experience and he handles patent work in a variety of engineering fields. Registered Patent Attorney.
