Elizabeth Jones joined the firm in 1993. She graduated from the University of Cape Town in 1989 with an Honours Degree in Biochemistry and an M.Sc (with distinction) in X-ray Crystallography. She subsequently carried out research in the analysis of cell signalling pathways at Strangeways Research Laboratory in Cambridge. She has a PhD awarded by the Open University and the Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary College, University of London. She handles patent work in the biotechnological and chemical fields. Chartered Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney.
