Patent Seminar to the IEE
	Robert Jackson has been invited to present a seminar entitled "To Patent or Not to Patent, That is the Question" to the Institution of Electrical Engineers in Manchester on 27 November 2003. The seminar focuses on the challenge faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in protecting the fruits of their research and development efforts to provide a commercial advantage for their products.
