Dr. Philip Webber gave a presentation on "Biotech-related case law in Europe" at a seminar organised by the Biotechnology Committee of the Chartered Institute of Patent Agents in Oxford on 25 November 2004. Dr Webber is a regular speaker and writer on the subject of biotechnology patents.
