The Biotechnology Committee of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA) will be holding its annual Biotech Seminar on 23-24 November 2006 at Stapleford Park, Leicestershire, UK. Dr. Philip M. Webber is a regular speaker at these Seminars; this year his talk will be entitled "European Biotech-Related Case Law and Practice".
