Ownership of Inventions by Academics
	Dr. Julian Cockbain has written an article highlighting some of the entitlement problems that can arise when inventions are made by academics. A version of this article was published recently in Global Outsourcing Review (Vol. 6, No. 2, Summer 2004). Julian is a regular speaker at universities and other academic institutions on strategies for the protection of intellectual property originating from academic research.
