University Graduate Lecture Programme
	Following a successful seminar in June, Dr. Julian Cockbain has been invited to speak again as part of the graduate lecture programme of the Physics Department of Oxford University. Dr. Cockbain, who heads the Oxford office of Frank B. Dehn & Co., will present a seminar on "Patents and the University Scientist" to the Department on 11 November 2003.
