Patents and the University Scientist
	Dr. Julian Cockbain has been invited to present a seminar on "Patents and the University Scientist" to the Physics Department of Oxford University on 9 June 2003. Dr. Cockbain heads the Oxford office of Frank B. Dehn & Co. and is a regular speaker in the UK and abroad on patent issues for academic researchers.
