Frank B. Dehn & Co. has submitted a successful tender for all of the
UK trade mark work of E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company ('DuPont') as
well as the majority of its European Community (CTM) trade mark work. The
team led by partner Philip Towler has also acquired responsibility for handling
DuPont's trade marks in numerous former UK colonies. DuPont is a US-based
company operating in more than 70 countries and offering a wide range of
innovative products and services for markets including agriculture, nutrition,
electronics, communications, safety and protection, home and construction,
transport and clothing. DuPont owns many well-known brands, including TEFLON®,
KEVLAR® and TYVEK®. Frank B. Dehn & Co's selection for this
work consolidates its position as an important IP service provider to DuPont,
for whom the firm has acted as UK and European patent attorneys for many
years.
