Primarily aimed at SME's in the Sussex area, we are hosting a free breakfast seminar on Thursday 4 March 2004 from 07:45 to 09:30 at the Hotel Seattle, Brighton. This seminar is part of the "Trade Mark or Trade Loss" campaign launched last year by the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (ITMA).
At the seminar, presentations by our ITMA members Philip Towler and Joseph Letang will cover the importance of brands as business assets as well as what can and can't be registered as a trade mark, and will also explain about the possible consequences of failing to secure proper protection for trade marks.
