Frank B. Dehn & Co. previously handled around half of Kimberly-Clark
European work. The work not being handled by us was put out to tender in
2006 to a number of major firms in the UK and Germany including FBD. Our
tender was headed up by Chris Davies and supported by Annabel Beacham. Frank
B. Dehn & Co. came out top of the short listed firms and as a result
most of the remaining half of their European work was transferred to us
from various German attorneys. We now handle all of their opposition work
and the vast majority of their EPO filing work, as well as advising on arbitration
and litigation matters. Our appointment has been based partly on our very
high success rate in EPO oppositions and appeals over a number of years.
