Frank B. Dehn's trade mark team took over responsibility, in October 2006,
for the global trade mark portfolio of HSBC, following a tendering process
by a team including Partners Roberto Calamita, who heads up FBD's trade
mark department, and Charlotte Stirling. The HSBC trade mark portfolio comprises
over a thousand cases spanning over a hundred countries worldwide. The FBD
team are responsible for a full range of services relating to the HSBC portfolio,
including strategy advice, clearance searches, filing and prosecution of
applications, post-grant actions and related contentious matters and advice
on designs.
